New factories
Our new, superefficient factories have implemented a UL-approved Zero Waste To Landfill program. GP has the first battery factories in the ASEAN countries to receive gold validation from the UL.
Environmental leadership
Our headquarters are in Hong Kong and we are proud that GP has earned the BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Award 13 times. This award rewards Hong Kong companies that contribute to more sustainable operation, both for people and the environment.
ILAC MRA approved laboratories
GP’s quality assurance centers, strategically located in China, Singapore and Hong Kong, are the pride of the company. Both the Chinese and Singapore laboratories are recognized by more than 90 international regions, under the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Agreement (ILAC MRA).

GP is the first battery company in Greater China to receive an ECV (Environmental Claim Validation) Certificate from the UL (Underwriters Laboratories).
ISO 17025
Our laboratories in China and Singapore are ISO 17025 certified – a testing and calibration certification for laboratories that means we offer the most reliable service to our clients.

Turmammor
In 2019, two mothers made a 30-day bicycle trip through Norway. Did we mention they brought their children along for the ride? Their 650 km journey aimed to illustrate ways to travel with minimal impact on the environment. They slept in tents and ate leftover supplies from stores along the way.
The Battery Nest
With the Battery Nest, we at GP created a more fun way to recycle your batteries. We are happy to tell you more about the project and the possibilities of this little box.
We like recycling, you like rewards – we should be friends.
Plastic bags, milk cartons, metal cans – everything with a barcode receives rewards in the Bower app! At recycling stations, simply scan the barcode and receive the deposit value – points or money – directly to your mobile phone.
